PMIC is pleased to announce some major changes in the past few months!

We’ve updated our website to better serve our customers.

We’ve welcomed a new business manager.  Linda Bair will be leading PMIC’s business and general management strategies and spearheading our forward momentum in the spirit of Dr. Wolff, our founder.  Darrell Oakes, our lab manager, continues to make sure that your measurements are precise, your Final Reports are flawless, and your data stands on good science.  Three engineers, freshly minted by Oregon State University, and additional support personnel, have joined our team to support our growing business.

We’ve introduced a new test system to the lab floor to reduce system workloads.  The design, building, and validation of our second ASTM C177 test system has assisted Dr. Stark’s design of the new ASTM C1114 thermal conductivity system, which is closer than ever to being released.

On a sombre note, PMIC said goodbye to our founder and brilliant visionary, Dr. Ernest Wolff.  The new management team will be carrying on his work to provide the world its portrait in exact measurement.
